The Pine Forest Country Club Fitness Center provides a positive professional atmosphere for our members to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Our staff of highly qualified professionals offers personal training as well as group exercise classes. Sports specific training in the areas of golf and tennis are also available. A Degreed Nutritionist is on staff to assist those members who required dietary information.

The Fitness Center features state of the art Matrix cardio respiratory and resistance machines. All treadmills, recumbent bikes and elliptical cross trainers are equip with television sets so members can enjoy their own channels while they exercise. Matrix resistance machines along with a full selection of free weights, exercise tubes and balance equipment provides all the essential modalities to achieve a high degree of fitness.

The Fitness Center offers a variety of day, evening, and weekend groups exercise classes to include Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Life Fit and Pilates. Should you prefer a different time of day, you may contact the instructor of your choice and make arrangements to have a class for you and your friends or family. Our members deserve extraordinary service and it is our pleasure to accommodate your requests.

Fitness Classes

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning Class is a fun way to burn calories, tone muscles and strengthen bones in a small group setting. A variety of equipment is used including; weights, stability balls, medicine balls, mats and steps. In addition, special attention will be paid to core strengthening.


Hatha yoga which emphasizes specific postures in combination with controlled breathing. These special positions of the body are designed to strengthen, purify and balance the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems.

Life Fit

Exercise that will keep you fit for your life! A variety of routines from: Body resistance training, to balancing, toning and stretching. Life Fit has something for everyone! Group Exercise Classes provide a great opportunity to meet new members and build lasting friendships! Life Fit, a class designed to help you enjoy life. 


Pilates is designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Pilates yields numerous benefits, including increased lung capacity, improved circulation, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Posture, balance and core strength also improve, along with bone density and joint health.  Pilates is an ideal way to return to mind-body-spirit awareness and enjoy better health.

Water Aerobics

Enjoy the therapeutic qualities of this cardio/toning and flexibility-enhancing workout in the water. (Seasonal)
