Pine Forest Country Club will exceed all of your private party needs. With three private rooms, we accommodate groups from the smallest business meeting to a 250-person wedding reception. Although the Catering Department has printed menu selections, we welcome the opportunity to create that ‘special menu’. Our team will design a choice to complement the theme of your party or your unique tastes.

Legacy Ballroom

Pine Forest's Legacy Ballroom and adjoined Sunset Terrace, highlighted by windows that offer a panorama of beautiful fairways, provides the ideal setting for a variety of events. Spacious enough to accommodate large weddings - 300 people for a stand-up reception and 250 people for a seated affair - the Ballroom can be easily transformed for many functions. The Legacy Ballroom is approximately 5,000 square feet and features a central dance floor measuring 1,100 square feet. The adjoined Sunset Terrace, measuring approximately 3,000 square feet, provides a beautiful location for weddings ceremonies overlooking Pine Forest's lush golf course.

Founder's Lounge & Oak Room

The Founder's Lounge & Oak Room are perfect for small intimate affairs or can be used in conjunction with the Ballroom, perfect for a cocktail reception before a seated dinner. Featuring a full bar, baby grand piano and warm fireplace, the Lounge is an ideal area for socializing prior to an event. The Founders's Lounge and Oak Room, when combined, can be used to accommodate a standing reception of 100 people or 60 people for a seated affair. Together, the two rooms are approximately 2,000 square feet and offer an excellent view of the golf course with access to the Veranda, a covered 800 square foot deck.

President's Room

Located next to the Founder's Lounge, our President's Room is a great place to conduct business meetings, perhaps combined with a round of golf, or to host small intimate dinners. The President's Room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
